RESPONSE TO COVID-19

 @realty remains committed to conducting our services in a safe and responsible manner while adhering to state guidelines.

From 6pm on Friday, 29 October a number of restrictions have eased across Victoria, with both metropolitan Melbourne and regional areas now aligned. See below for the key updates.

- Open for inspections for sale and lease have returned, with a maximum capacity of 150 attendees, subject to a density quotient of 1 person per 4sqm.

- On-site auctions continue, with an increased maximum capacity of 500 attendees outdoors, subject to a density quotient of 1 person per 2sqm.

- All open for inspection and auction attendees aged 16 years and over must be fully vaccinated and check-in via QR code upon arrival.

- Masks remain mandatory indoors but are no longer required outdoors.

- Real estate offices can reopen with fully vaccinated staff at the premises, and any visitors must check-in upon arrival and provide evidence of being fully vaccinated.

- Routine inspections for rental properties are permitted, as are appointments for marketing services and visits to properties for appraisals. Real estate agents performing these inspections must be fully vaccinated.

- Individuals who are unwilling to share their vaccination status or who are not fully vaccinated may inspect properties by private appointment only, one household in the property at one time. No occupants can be present in the property at the time of the inspection, and the agent/s required to facilitate must remain outside. For auctions, these individuals can bid online or via phone.
